Artworks
Original Drawings –
The original drawings have all been created by hand by the artist, Jeff Shiplee. No technology or AI has been used to produce them. Jeff copies the image by eye from an A4 photocopy directly onto an A3 sheet of art paper. The original drawings are not for sale and the copyright for each of them remain with the artist.
Commissions –
The artist does not accept commissions.
Product Information
Print –
A high-quality archival standard, giclee print at 2880 v 1440dpi created from a high-resolution digital image file of the artwork (see the individual products for specific details.
Paper –
Ilford Cotton Textured is a highly textured Giclée art paper, offering strong reproduction of blacks and good colour intensity with a texture that holds the ink and catches the light. This Giclée paper has a white uncoated paper base, which together with the texture gives the artwork a lovely fine art reproduction feel. The Ilford Cotton Textured is a robust paper that handles mounting well.
Weight: 310gsm.
Frame –
Black FSC®-certified wood frames, complete with high quality glass windows, ready to be hung on the customer’s wall.
Delivery
Packaging –
Print only –
Your fine art prints will be carefully covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds.
Your order is then placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube.
Framed print –
Your framed or mounted art prints are protected on all sides with recyclable and biodegradable wrapping materials.
Strong recyclable archival foam made from recycled materials is then carefully fitted to make sure no damage can occur in transit.
Your order is placed into extra protective 100% sustainably sourced and recyclable card packaging ready for dispatch.

Returns and Refund Policy
Damage & significant delays -
In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, please contact us at OldGreyGoatArt@gmail.com.
We will only consider refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either case we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them.
Returns
If you aren't entirely happy with your product, please contact us at OldGreyGoatArt@gmail.com giving details of what the issues are. You can return your purchase for a full refund minus our shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as your item is in the same condition that you received it your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
